Kevin has the patience of a saint no matter how nervous or frustrated I got Kev always calmed me down. I tried a number of instructors before I found Kev who got me through my test!Also he doesnt take advantage either by making you have lessons you dont need his aim is to get you through safely and quickly! "

I am an experienced driver and have been driving for 10 years. I decided to take the UK driving license with U-Drive and during my lessons, I realised that Kevin has got himself a difficult task to not only rectify my mistakes I have made for the past 10 years but bring my driving skills up to the required standard. I will definitely recommend U-drive and Kev. I had a great learning experience and passed my test with flying colours (first time, only 2 minor faults!!!). Kev was very professional, walked me through every step in my own pace, always making sure I was satisfied before moving on. I felt well prepared and I was able to think ahead of the examiner and knew what to expect. Kev I can’t thank you enough. Did I mention that the first hour was free and the rate was reasonable?! "

I have just passed my test with Kev 1st time round. He is the 4th instructor I have tried over the years and is an excellent instructor. I never thought I would get to the stage of going in for my test let alone passing 1st time he is patient and calm and I would highly recomend to anyone. I can honestly say if it was not for his tireless patience and dedication to getting me through my test I would not ahve passed. The mock tests he does before your real test are invaluble and I know I would not have passed had I not done them. What more can I say Thanx Kev u are an absolute star!!!!!! "

i passed on the 1st ov july with nigel nd what can i say he was absouletly fab he never complained when i failed 3 times he just gave me a boost of confidence and i got there in the end and i would not have if it had not been for nigel u are a star nd i have already recommended him to my neighobour nd a cuple ov my friends so i still get to see him x "

Excellent instructor! Had to redo my test due to loosing my licence. Kev was fantastic, only had 7 lessons and passed First time, with 1 minor. As a student in Manchester, planning to emigrate to Australia shortly, time was of the essence when learning to drive. Kev went out of his way to provide me with lessons when I was in Newcastle - tirelessly arriving at my door at 7am on cold winter mornings and even on Sunday evenings! Kev put a huge amount of effort into getting me to test standard before I leave the country. Driving is an essential in a country as large as Australia and, having learned to drive and having passed my test with U-Drive, I am confident that I will be safe on the road wherever I am in the world!
